Wow, it is hard to believe.
Our sweet first born grandson turned six on Monday!
Unfortunately, we were not able to make the long drive
to help share in the celebration.
I do have some pictures from this last September
on a sunny weekend visit.

Anything happen worth celebrating
at your place?
That's too bad you couldn't be there in person for your grandson's birthday. But at least these days with email and digital pictures and video and websites you can almost be there.
ReplyDeleteIt is a shame you didn't get to see him on his birthday, but the September trip looked fun!!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your six your old! I am sorry to hear you couldn't make the celebration and hope to see some updated photos soon!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
With a December birthday there are no guarantees as to weather. I am glad this special day he would be able to run and zoom around outside with friends if he wanted.

It's always hard to miss birthdays, but what a sweet looking kid. Happy sixth birthday to him!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to your adorable young man!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you didn't get to visit. They definitely grow so fast. Happy birthday to him.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweetheart! I hope you'll be able to see him again before too long.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Collin, my favorite little guy growing up to fast!! Missing seeing his sweet face and wonderful cuddling and hugs!!!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry sis that you were'nt able to be together :(
We sure love our grand-babies. They bring us such joy. I'm sorry you couldn't be there in person.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day. :)
What a cutie! I'm sorry you couldn't make it for his birthday, but that just gives you (and him) an excuse for a second celebration the next time you get to go. With a little ingenuity, one birthday can extend over several months. Or at least that's how it works in my family.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that age just great! I have two grands around that age. Love 'em!
ReplyDeleteA shame they are so far away from you. They grow up so fast don't they?
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday!
ReplyDeleteAww, so sorry you weren't able to spend his birthday together! It sure looks like you have good tiems when you are together so I'm betting he'll remember those fun days! Happy Birthday!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Sweet Boy!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your grandson, & hope you get to see him soon! Hope also that you had a great WW in spite of missing him.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame you couldn't be there! But thank goodness for Skype, web mail and picture sharing.
ReplyDeleteHoping you're not too cold where you are. Keep safe in those cold spells we keep reading about. Brrrr, sending you some of our Hot.
Hey, Faythe! how is it going there? Are you freezing yet?? I thought of you the other day when I saw a huge buck with a 10-point rack! Thought you'd like one in your backyard!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you couldn't see him. Maybe next year.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Deb xx
